A dimension-shifting puzzle horror game

Shift objects, or the whole world, between dimensions to solve handcrafted puzzles where the rules keep surprising you. Then find out what's waiting in the gaps.

Goals & aims

Named for the gap between things

An interstice is the small space between two things, and the bridge across it. We started Interstitium Games in 2026 because we think games have become more business than fun. Here's what we're aiming for.

  1. 01

    Fun comes first

Every mechanic has to earn its place by being fun to play. If it isn't fun, it doesn't ship.

  2. 02

    Worlds you remember

Sound, light and mood matter as much as the puzzles. We want you to feel the place.

  3. 03

    Respect for players

Your time and your money matter. No cash grabs, no padding.

  4. 04

    Built in the open

We'll share how our games get made through devlogs, playtests and honest updates.

  5. 05

    Independent, for good

Founder-owned and self-funded, so the only people we answer to are our players.

  6. 06

    Grow with every game

Start small, ship, learn, then build bigger worlds with each release.

Founders

Two people, one studio

Lavian Schwartz

Co-founder · Studio Director

Lavian is the mind behind Interstitium and its first game. He designs the worlds, the puzzles and the rules that bend them, and keeps the whole studio aimed at one question: what would make this unforgettable? If there's a strange idea on the whiteboard, it probably started with him.

Tochtli Zepeda

Co-founder · Technical Director

Tochtli took our first prototype from 2D into full 3D and keeps the studio's tech running, from our infrastructure to the homelab that powers it. If it runs, he's probably had his hands on it.
